Program begins with one transfer from the Cusco airport to your lovely hotel conveniently situated off the historic Plaza de Armas. Meet the guide for a brief orientation and walk through the cobblestone streets of San Blas, where your guide will point out the fascinating Incan stonework en route to the Korikancha Temple, the holiest site during Incan times.

Visit the Incan site of Saksaywaman overlooking the city of Cusco. Continue on to the ritual fountains at Tampumachay. Participate in a ceremony to honor Yaku, the spirit of water, to open the body’s chakras. Then drive to Willka T’ika in the Sacred Valley through spectacular Andean mountain scenery. Upon arrival, schedule time for Andean spa services and the use of the beautiful yoga, meditation and ceremonial spaces.

This day is dedicated to Pachamama, Mother Earth. Enjoy a tour of the Seven Chakra Gardens and nearby Rumichaka farming neighborhood where the Quechua campesinos, farmers live. Brenda will lead an exercise designed to create a powerful personal intention for our journey and preparation of merging mind, body and spirit for the pilgrimage to Machu Picchu. After dinner, enjoy a full group Andean offering and transformative fire ceremony with our Qero healer.

Drive through the Sacred Valley to a Quechua mountain school supported by the nonprofit Willka T’ika Children’s Fund. In a reciprocal ayni exchange, the group offers an activity the children can enjoy. Continue to the spectacular ruins of P’isaq, overlooking impressive Incan terraces. Hike to the Temple of the Sun and walk in a silent personal vision quest. After, Brenda will lead BodyAwake Yoga, meditation and breathwork for facilitating connection to our Soulful essence. This day will conclude with an incredible Sound Healing Bath where the vibrational frequency of love will elevate us into our natural Divine state of Being.

A bus takes you to the sunlit terraces of Machu Picchu. Enjoy a guided tour of the ancient “City of Light”. Experience a journey through the masculine energy temples of political and spiritual power, followed by a deep reconnection of feminine earth energies. Hike to Inti Punku, the original Incan Gateway to the Sun or to the Incan bridge.

Visit the ceremonial site of Ollantaytampu and its famous Sun Temple. Return to Willka T’ika for meditation with Brenda in the Anahata Chakra Garden followed by group Cacao Ceremony. Cacao is a sacred “teacher” plant that helps open our hearts and connect with our higher Self. The delicious, chocolate beverage is prepared with love by WT staff and served in a musical, meditative ceremony by a shamanic facilitator.

This day is dedicated to diving still deeper within for anchoring, integrating and embodying the pure sacred energies of this extraordinary journey. Gift yourself time to receive the ancestral crown chakra energies beneath the 1000-year-old lucuma tree. Partake in an Andean massage, crystal light therapy, Coca leaf reading or other unique healing therapies. Highly accomplished, traditional Andean musicians will offer an evening of musical and theatrical celebration. Enjoy listening to the melodic sounds from Incan times, and feel free to get up and dance to the lively music!

Closing session followed by a group bus transfer to the Cusco aiport to connect to Lima, and flight home.
